The classic base Sweet & Sour consists of one litre of lemon juice, one litre of sugar syrup and one litre of filtered water.
There are many customisations, such as adding a drop of orange juice.
Using fabbri's sweet&sour will ensure consistency of taste, saving time and money. The product comes in 300g packets and is already perfectly balanced with sugar. For a very intense flavour, it should be diluted with one litre of water, for a perfectly balanced flavour it should be diluted with 1.5 litres, and for a slightly more delicate flavour it should be diluted with 2 litres.
