Preparation of vellutos

Suggested fabbri mixybar flavours: chai, vanilla, grenadine, bitter, peach, citron...

Dissolve the product well in the liquid, then whisk until stiff.
The liquid will increase in volume by up to 4-5 times, so it is advisable to use an appropriately sized container.
If there is any product left over, it can be whipped a second time.

It is very important that the liquids be at room temperature and not refrigerated, otherwise the reaction will not take place!
