HOW TO PREPARE WITH ARIA & VELLUTO SHAKE  

With our exceptional dairy-free Air & Velvet Shake, you can create silky, melt-in-your-mouth velvets that preserve their full aroma. 
Soft, smooth molecular preparations—perfect for coating or finishing drinks and elevating their flavour profile. 
 

HOW TO PREPARE WITH OTHER TOOLS 

  • 1 small whisk or an electric hand mixer for milkshakes 
  • 1 tall, narrow glass 

 

METHOD 
 

METHOD WITH AIR & VELVET SHAKE 

Preparation of Non-Alcoholic Velvets 

  • 20 ml Mixybar in the desired flavour 
  • 80 ml still water at room temperature 
  • 5 ml Air & Velvet Shake 

Preparation of Alcoholic Velvets 

  • 50 ml of your preferred liqueur 
  • 5 ml Air & Velvet Shake 

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass in the order given, stir, and whip with a milk-foaming whisk. Spoon the velvet into the glass and serve it on top of the cocktail.

How to prepare Velvets with Our Mixybar 

Suggested Mixybar flavours: Chai, Vanilla, Grenadine, Bitter, Peach, Cedrata, and more

Dissolve the product thoroughly in the liquid, then whip until fluffy. 
The liquid will increase in volume by four to five times, so we recommend using a suitably sized container. 
If any product remains, it can be whipped a second time. 
It is essential that the liquids are at room temperature and not chilled—otherwise the reaction will not occur!
