INGREDIENTS
- 300 ml whole milk
- 60 ml Fabbri Gourmet Sauce
- 80 ml Air & Velvet Shake
PREPARATION
Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a small whisk, then pour the mixture into a 500 ml siphon and close it carefully. Shake for a few seconds, then charge with NO₂. Store in the refrigerator. Shelf life should not exceed one week to prevent bacterial growth and loss of freshness.
