Ingredients
150 ml skimmed milk (0% fat)
50 g Frappé Powder fiordilatte or Cremafredda fiordilatte
Preparation
In a bowl, pour the milk over the powder, stirring carefully to avoid lumps forming. Whip the mixture in a planetary mixer or an electric mixer until light and smooth. Excellent results can also be obtained by whipping with a hand blender or a special blender cup. Keep in the fridge for not more than two days to avoid bacterial charges and loss of freshness.
