Preparation
The cold drip version (more spectacular) involves the use of a percolator (also known as toddy). Coarsely grind the coffee beans (see above). Fill the upper part with cold water and adjust the water outlet by drops (approx. 6 drops/10 sec.) For a total extraction time of 6 to 10 hours
