Ingredients
60 g coarsely ground coffee
1 l cold filtered water
Preparation
Coarsely grind the coffee beans (a slightly coarser grind than that used for filter coffee will do). Add cold water (preferably around 7-10°c but not ice cold). Leave for about 7-9 hours. Filter and serve. To make the preparation easier, use a bottle with a built-in filter or a french press.
