Its appearance is reminiscent of dark mahogany with amber yellow highlights. Even when diluted, it does not lose its deep tones. Its aroma features powerful notes of tamarind, carob and ground coffee, which evolve into hints of liquorice, molasses and roasted kola nuts. It tastes very fresh and balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Great with sodas, granitas and spirits (whiskey). It can be enjoyed at its very best in tamarind granitas and when mixed with whiskey and chinotto in the Chucky Cocktail.
