Intense emerald with hints of jade, it takes on a brilliant appearance when diluted. Strong aromas of white-fleshed fruit, including green apple and Renetta apple. Fresh and well balanced on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Excellent with clear spirits, spiced syrups and iced teas. When mixed, it can be used to make a traditional Italian classic, Apple Pie Lemonade, and a new Fabbri 1905 cocktail: Apple Pie SBritz, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
