Bright purple with indigo highlights, it takes on an electric indigo hue when diluted. Its aroma features subtle floral scents of violets and sweet violets. It tastes sweet, smooth and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Recommended paired with clear spirits (gin), liqueurs, beers and citrus juices. Perfect in the Violet Spritz and in the new Fabbri 1905 cocktail Violet SBritz, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
