Ultramarine blue with shades of De Chirico blue, it takes on cerulean hues when diluted. Its aroma is intense, featuring complex citrus notes with hints of Sicilian blood oranges and bitter oranges. It tastes strong and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Recommended paired with spirits (gin and rum), liqueurs, juices, sparkling wines and beer. It can be mixed to make two new Fabbri 1905 cocktails: Ocean Blu Spritz and SBritz, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
