A deep, dark amber with antique gold highlights, a thick texture and bold tone. Its aroma features notes of caramel and toasted hints of caramelised sugar, butter and dulce de leche, with a delicately spicy liquorice finish. Sweet, very smooth and balanced on the palate, with a lingering mineral aftertaste. Best with chocolate, milk, coffee, yoghurt and cold custards.
