Dark green in colour, with a thick texture. Its aroma features very intense notes of Bronte pistachio and toasted hints of dried fruit, almonds and macadamias, with vegetal scents. Sweet, very smooth and well-balanced on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Best with chocolate, milk, coffee, yoghurt and cold custards. Mixed with white rum and ice it makes the alcoholic version of an excellent Pistachio Daiquiri, while it can also be used to garnish Fabbri’s specialty, Pistachio Cold Custard.
