Scarlet red with orange reflections; fully orange when diluted. On the nose, fresh, fragrant citrus notes of mandarin rind and juice, Sicilian orange pulp, and the rind of citron, tangelo and kumquat. On the palate, the fresh, delicate flavour of mandarin juice and sensations of yellow-rinded citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit. The mouthfilling flavour builds to a clean, stylish finish.
Ideal paired with white spirits (vodka and gin), sparkling wines, beer and soda drinks. Inspiration for the creation of new cocktails, such as the Mandarin Collins, with Fabbri Dry Gin.
