At the origin of the company's history, which began as Premiata Distilleria Fabbri, there was already a fine Gin. That centuries-old heritage has now been reinterpreted, starting with the bottle to which famous designers have given a truncated cone shape, inspired by the city of Bologna. Finally the label, ennobled in a modern key by pink gold, which represents our most precious treasure: Amarena.
Dry gin distilled with juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice and angelica roots, coriander and cardamom seeds, with pure Fabbri Amarena distillate.
Completely transparent, the nose is balanced and the notes of the botanicals blend perfectly with the unmistakable aroma of Amarena Fabbri.
On the palate, the first note that arrives is that of coriander, followed by the freshness of citrus fruits and the balsamicity of juniper. The black cherry on the finish gives persistence to the product and invites a second sip.
