To prepare the mix, simply combine one packet of Base G.S., 2 liters of water (for sorbet) or 2 liters of milk + 0.5 liters of cream (gelato), with half a bottle of Mixybar.
After mixing the ingredients, pour the mixture into the batch freezer and turn it on.
