The link between Fabbri and the world of spirits has ancient origins: the 'Premiata Distilleria Liquori G. Fabbri' was founded in 1905 in Portomaggiore near Ferrara. It was in the 1930s that Gennaro Fabbri created his Ciliege Speciali. The original futurist-style label returns today renewed and adapted to a 200 g jar.
Fabbri Cherries are unique because they are in spirit. With their recipe based on natural flavourings and no artificial colourings, they have a low alcohol content (12% alcohol by volume) that makes them pleasant to eat. Crunchy and tasty, the fruits are accompanied by an excellent spirit that can be used as a blending ingredient or, already pitted, to garnish the most iconic cocktails, from martinis to Manhattans.
