Intense ruby red with purple hues and a dense texture, diluted it takes on garnet hues. The 32% blueberry juice gives the nose intense and complex notes of ripe blueberries, undergrowth and other small red fruits, including currants and wild strawberries.
On the palate it is decidedly intense and fresh, evoking the taste of freshly pressed blueberries with nuances of berries, blackberries and mulberry.
It pairs well with gin and vodka. It is the main ingredient in a blueberry version of the famous Californian cocktail Clover Club. Put it together with Mixybar Plus Coconut and Pineapple Juice for a refreshing Virgin Colada.
