In a dedicated space, a brand new stand at Hall A1 stand 190 where it is possible to savor the many "beverage solutions" for professionals HO.RE.CA.. which stand out both for their service content and for the very high quality standards.
The stand will be divided into two areas to better show the offer according to consumption occasions: day and night.
The daytime according to Fabbri
For day-time, there will be Coffee Specialties, hot and cold coffee recipes, Espresso & Tonic, Cold Drinks, Granita, and different versions of Bubble Tea, a specialty made with tea and milk flavored enriched with jelly spheres in diverse tastes.
The Night proposals
For the Night space the beloved Marendry will stage original twist of great classics, the Gum Nero, the ingredient based on vegetable charcoal for a dark touch.
In the Tiki Cocktail there will be Amarenito and Piggy Mule. The Coffee & Spirits will combine the pleasure of an espresso with that of a long drink.
Attention to light and quality drinking continues in collaboration with Bruno Vanzan: Zero Alcohol proposals with the "Non-alcoholic author" project, for example the Hot White Caipiroska.
Last but not least, Molecular space:from Solid Cocktails to Arias and Velvets.
The Fabbri 1905 appointments at Sigep 2019
Bruno Vanzan will renew his role as a brand ambassador for Fabbri's mixology in Rimini. He will perform in three live shows, Saturday 19, Sunday 20 and Monday, January 21 at 17:00.
To unveil the secrets of coffee-universe Gianni who will hold two master classes Sunday 20, at 11:00 and at 15:30.
On Monday the 21st will be the "Lady-Day" Fabbri. At 2.30 pm Andriani Vladimirou, Lady Amarena, and Francesca Lolli, Lady Amarena Italy. Afterwards, the "specialist" of tiki Samantha Migani and then the young Federica Geirola with a mini "exhibition" of flair style.
