Ingredients 

50 ml vodka 
30 ml Sweet & Sour 
passion fruit foam topping 

Preparation 

Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.  
Complete with a passion fruit foam, made in the siphon following the instructions for Aria&Velluto.
