Ingredients 

1.5 litres water  
2.5 litres dry white wine 
1 litre Elderflower Mixybar Syrup 
50 ml Green Apple Mixybar Syrup 

Preparation 

Pour the ingredients into a granita maker and operate it in freeze mode until the desired texture is achieved. Strain into a glass, garnish and serve with a smile.
