45 ml pisco
30 ml lemon juice (Lemonbar&Sour)
20 ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
3 drops angostura bitters
Shake all the ingredients except the angostura with ice and strain into a chilled flute. Finish with drops of angostura on the surface. The lemon, sugar and egg white can be replaced with 6 cl of sweet & sour.
