Jelly Piña Colada


15 cl white rum
40 cl 100% pineapple juice
10 cl Coconut Mixyfruit
20 cl water
5 cl full-fat milk
50 g sugar
100 g solid cocktail base


Dissolve sugar and the solid cocktail base in a bowl of hot water (min 70 °C). While it rests, mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. When put together and you will have a litre of liquid piña colada jello. To make the jello place the liquid in an aluminium pan lined with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Or you can prepare jelloshots using transparent shot glasses
