Jelly Negroni


17 cl gin
17 cl red vermouth
17 cl bitter Campari
40 cl water
50g sugar
100g solid cocktail base


Dissolve sugar and the solid cocktail base in a bowl of hot water (min 70 °C). While it rests, mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. When put together and you will have a litre of liquid negroni jelly. To make the jello place the liquid in an aluminium pan lined with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Or you can prepare jelloshots using transparent shot glasses
