Ingredients
1/2 lime (4 wedges)
1 tsp cane sugar (optional)
2/3 fresh raspberries
50 ml white rum
25 ml Raspberry Mixybar Syrup
5 ml Mojito Mixybar Syrup
4 or 5 mint leaves
soda water
Preparation
Crush the fruit with the sugar in a juice glass, the add the rum, Mixybar and mint leaves. Fill the glass with crushed ice then top up with soda. Stir gently, garnish with mint leaves and raspberries.
