Ingredients
1/2 lime (4 wedges)
1 tsp cane sugar (optional)
2 pcs pineapple
40 ml white rum
25 ml Pineapple Mixybar Syrup
5 ml Mojito Mixybar Syrup
4 or 5 mint leaves soda water
Preparation
Crush the fruit with the sugar in a juice glass, add the rum, syrups and mint leaves, then fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with soda water. Stir gently, garnish with mint leaves and pineapple.
