Ingredients
20 ml Melon Mixybar Syrup
90 ml Red Bull
15 ml lemon/lime juice
60 ml ginger beer
5/6 melon cubes
Preparation
Gently crush the fresh melon in the glass and flavour with Mixybar syrup, then fill with ice. Pour in the Red Bull and the lime juice, then stir gently. Top up with ginger beer and pour in a float of Butterfly Pea tea. Garnish and serve.
