10 ml Fabbri Mixybar ZERO
80 ml hot frothed milk

Preparation
Make the espresso in a glass cup dusted with cocoa powder. Flavour with Mixybar ZERO and top up with hot frothed cream, creating a pleasant layered effect. Garnish with a further dusting of cocoa powder and a twist of orange peel to release the essential oils. Serve with a smile.
