Ingredients

4,5 cl tequila 
1,5 cl triple sec 
1,5 cl lime juice

Preparation

Make a classic Margarita with tequila, triple sec and lime juice.

Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a sombrero cup.

Prepare a salt air, following the guidelines for the preparation of Aria&Velluto.

Garnish with lime zest.
