Ingredients 

60 ml prosecco 
20 ml Elderflower and Elderberry Mixybar Syrup
soda water to top up 

Preparation 

Pour the ingredients into a wine glass filled with ice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of red apple and mint leaves.
