Ingredients
20 ml Passion Fruit Mixyfruit
90 ml ginger beer
50 ml cold brew coffee (alternatively 1 arabica espresso)
Preparation
Pour the Fabbri Passion Fruit Mixyfruit into the bottom of a juice/Collins glass. Fill with ice cubes and top up ginger beer until the glass is full, then stir gently. Finish with a float of cold brew coffee (we recommend a single origin Arabica with fruity notes).
