Cinnamon Iced Tea with Salted Ricotta Cream

Ingredients 

30 ml Green Apple Mixybar Syrup
10 ml Cinnamon Mixybar Syrup
130 ml green/black tea  
180 g ice 
top with 50 g salted ricotta cream 

Preparation 

Mix the first two ingredients directly in the glass with ice and then pour the last ingredient on top as a float. Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder.
