Ingredients 

10 ml Cinnamon Mixybar Syrup
1 espresso 
100 ml hot-whipped cream 

Preparation 

Dispense the espresso directly into the cup and flavour it with the Cinnamon Mixybar Syrup. Complete with hot milk. Finish with an orange twist and a sprinkling of pepper.
