10 ml Fabbri Mixybar Syrup
1 espresso ristretto
70 g Coffee Cremafredda
40 ml Summer Cream

Preparation
Dispense the espresso directly into the bottom of the glass and flavour with Fabbri syrup. Gently drizzle in the Coffee Cremafredda and finish by pouring the Summer Cream on top. Garnish with designs created using Chocolate Gourmet Sauce.
