Ingredients
15 ml Zabaione Gourmet Sauce
1 espresso
Whipped cream flavoured with Vanilla Mixybar Syrup
Preparation
Pour the Zabaione Gourmet Sauce into the bottom of a glass coffee cup. Dispense the espresso directly into the glass and dust with cocoa powder. Finish with a mound of whipped cream flavoured with Vanilla Mixybar Syrup. Garnish with a puff pastry biscuit and a further dusting of cocoa powder.
