Ingredients
1/2 lime (4 wedges)
1 tsp cane sugar (optional)
50 ml white rum
25 ml Bitter Mixybar Syrup
5 ml Mojito Mixybar Syrup
4 or 5 mint leaves
soda water
Preparation
Crush the fruit with the sugar in a juice glass, add the rum, syrups and mint leaves, the fill the glass with crushed ice and top up with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with mint leaves.
