Air made with White Peach Mixyfruit
100 ml prosecco (well chilled) 

Preparation 

Pour the prosecco or champagne directly into a goblet. Serve with peach air made with Mixyfruit White Peach following the guidelines for the preparation of airs and foams. Garnish with white peach segments.
