Preparation
In a juice glass (or in a Fabbri Opaline jar if you prefer to serve the Tiki version) add the mint leaves, white rum, lime juice and Amarena Fabbri cherries.
Muddle gently with a pestle and add the Amarena Fabbri Mixybar Syrup.
Fill with crushed ice, add soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with mint leaves and two Amarena Fabbri cherries.
