Bright dahlia yellow with greenish highlights, taking on a mimosa hue when diluted. Rich in intense olfactory notes of pineapple juice and pulp with hints of tropical yellow-fleshed fruit and herbaceous evolutions of pineapple leaf and peel. It tastes fresh and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. It pairs perfectly with rum and other tropical spirits. Combined with Fabbri 1905 Mixybar Coconut and ice, you can make an excellent Virgin Colada.
