60/70g pistachio gelato
1 espresso
3 cl Molinari sambuca
6 cl Gourmet  Coconut Sauce


Mix all the ingredients in a blender with 7 or 8 ice cubes and serve in a sombrero glass topped with fabbri kroccant and crushed pistachios. Decorate with fresh coconut
