Jelly Cosmopolitan


18 cl vodka
7 cl cointreau
7 cl lime juice
7 cl Mixybar Cranberry Syrup
50 cl water
100 g sugar
110 g solid cocktail base


Dissolve sugar and the solid cocktail base in a bowl of hot water (min 70 °C). While it rests, mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. when put together and you will have a litre of liquid cosmopolitan jello. To make the jello place the liquid in an aluminium pan lined with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. Or you can prepare jelloshots using transparent shot glasses
