4.5 cl pisco
3 cl lemon juice (Lemonbar & sour)
2 cl sugar syrup
1 egg white
3 drops angostura bitters
Place all ingredients except angostura in cocktail shaker with ice; shake and filter into well-chilled whisky sour glass. Add drops of angostura to surface. You can substitute lemon, sugar and egg white with 6 cl Sweet&Sour.
